Get a Flat Stomach in No Time
Looking for a diet that can give you abs washboard and get sixpack of your dreams? Or if you are a woman, a completely flat abdomen? Belly fat is the issue and can be quite hard to get rid of, unless you do this.
Very crucial is that you fill your stomach with fiber from vegetables and limit the ones you get from bread. What happens is that you will feel full and satisfied earlier while you eat and that will limit the amount of calories you are eating.

Protein should make up between 15 and 20 percent of your calories. You need protein to build lean muscle mass. Also make sure that fats from all sources make up no more than 25 percent of your daily diet.
You should drink plenty of water. Some people believe that if they drink a lot of water they will bloat. This is a mistake. You will lose all of the water you drink through perspiration and urination. However, the water will take with it the sodium in your body. The sodium is what actually causes you to bloat.
You have probably already before you read this article put up a limit to yourself in getting flat abs. The daily requirement of sodium is around 500 mg for bodily functions. On average in the United States people uses between 3000 and 6000 mg of sodium per day, that would cause a camel to die, if you got eaten by one. This is way too much and makes it impossible for you to get sixpack. So limit the amount of salt you put in your food.
Limit your intake of sodas, yes even diet sodas because the gas makes you bloat and slow down your stomach digesting process.
Cut out alcohol and caffeine or at least limit it. Both are natural diuretics and will make you lose fluid. Stick with water or maybe a little organic juice when you are on an abs washboard diet.
The last tip I have for you is to try to reduce the stress in your life. Stress causes the hormone cortisol to act up. Cortisol causes fat deposits around the organs in your abdomen. Exercise is a great stress reliever, which has the added benefit of helping you to lose weight all over.
